At the heart of the credit union difference are our volunteers. Unlike for-profit banks, credit unions are governed by members just like you - real people who are committed to improving your financial lives. BOARD of directors Board members are responsible for setting policies, approving budgets, and help direct strategic planning. They evaluate operations and maintain financial performance stadards for the credit union. Board positions are voluntary and unpaid.
